Dedicated GPU infrastructure for AI.
Octacomp acquires, deploys and operates NVIDIA HGX B300, HGX B200 and H200 NVL systems in colocation facilities. Capacity is provided to AI organizations under dedicated contracts and through established compute marketplaces.
Acquire. Deploy. Operate.
A focused model: invest in current-generation NVIDIA data-center systems, deploy them in production colocation, and operate them under contract for the organizations that run on them.
Octacomp acquires and holds complete NVIDIA HGX nodes and H200 NVL servers. Each system is delivered as a fully configured, NVLink-connected unit ready for training and inference workloads.
Systems are installed in production colocation facilities with the power, cooling and network capacity they require. Burn-in, firmware, imaging and monitoring are completed before any capacity is made available.
Capacity is offered primarily under dedicated, long-term contracts. Systems not under contract are listed on established compute marketplaces, giving customers access through the platforms they already use.
Current-generation NVIDIA systems.
The fleet is limited to three NVIDIA data-center platforms: HGX B300, HGX B200 and H200 NVL.
Blackwell Ultra platform for large-scale training and high-throughput inference, the most capable system in the fleet.
Blackwell platform for large-scale training and production inference, with a mature software ecosystem and established market pricing.
Hopper platform for fine-tuning, inference and memory-intensive workloads, deployed in PCIe servers with NVLink-bridged GPU pairs.
A consistent path from procurement to production.
Every system in the fleet follows the same four stages. Consistency is what sustains utilization and uptime across deployments.
Complete HGX and H200 NVL systems sourced through NVIDIA partners, specified end to end: GPUs, host processors, system memory, NVMe storage and interconnect.
Installation in production colocation with confirmed power and network envelopes, followed by burn-in, firmware qualification, imaging and monitoring.
Capacity is placed under dedicated long-term agreements first. Remaining capacity is listed on established compute marketplaces at prevailing market rates.
Continuous monitoring of system health, uptime and utilization across the fleet, with hardware maintained to manufacturer specifications.
An infrastructure operator, not a reseller.
Octacomp is a GPU infrastructure company. It invests in current-generation NVIDIA data-center systems and operates them as a single fleet, providing dedicated capacity to organizations building and serving AI models.
The scope is deliberately narrow: three platforms, complete systems, production colocation and contracted capacity. That focus allows each deployment to be specified, commissioned and operated to the same standard.
